Everywhere you look there is dry dusty arid land. There is no feed for the animals, Animals can't be sold, no income for the farmer and there family. they are now finding it difficult to put food on there own table.

These people are an indispensable and important part of the structure of Australia. they grown the food we buy in the shops.

Lets give them a hand..

It is fantastic to see that there are more people and more ways that make a difference.

I have been here before but It's time to revisit Dollar for Drought and give a $1 every single one help.

It also nice to read that one of the biggies like woollies is doing a good thing with our help.

let see less dry land and more rain falling from the skys were we need it..

Rain event brings relief for immediate dry crisis | Queensland Farmers Federation

It's great to see rain starting to move into drought effected areas. I have

been reading some stories and in some areas you have to dig 4 metres

down to find moisture in the soil! So they really need weeks of soaking

rain to bring the soil back to life for the longer term.

A picture like this make you feel really good - Go the Farmer.

Lend a Hand

Aussie farmers need a hand. They are out there working the land producing some of the best clean food in the world and the last few years of drought have hit them hard. They need food and water for there stock and for there pets. Unless you have spent time in the country on a farm it's hard to understand the devastation they are feeling. Farmers are proud people and need our support both financially and emotionally now. We should all help a little to keep our rural community alive. As little as a $1 will make a difference if everyone does the same.

It will help get them through..

here are a couple of fantastic initiatives that are directly helping
